Darryl Ingham

Darryl has been in the water treatment industry for over 20 years, starting with his own successful business in the Waikato.

This business was bought out by then Waikato's largest water treatment company to help grow their business in the consumable water treatment market. From here, his practical and theoretical skill set grew to involve swimming pool treatment and maintenance.

Being passionate about the industry, he needed to further develop his skills by working in a corporate environment. He then joined what was at the time, one of New Zealand’s largest water treatment companies, (which was also his supplier for 12 years previously) which he was with for 6, which he then left start his own company, Water Quality Consulting.

With all the practical and technical skillsets, he developed over the years; a solid game plan was created.

Darryl’s particular skill set is with the Kinetico systems (particularly in a rural and commercial environment), and public demand for his knowledge with these systems seemed to a natural transition into successfully obtaining the Kinetico dealership for New Zealand and the South Pacific.

With the accelerated growth of Water Quality Consulting, assistance with management and support was needed, so the big guns were brought out in the form of Rob Dorey and Ben Moore. The company has not only gone from strength to strength but has also become re-branded as The Pure Water Project.

Darryl is currently studying with WQA to become a Certified Water Specialist.

He has been with his partner Anny for more than six years and between them have four children and five Grand Children.

Darryl is also a certified Petrol Head with a passion for American cars and is also a tragic fisherman.

The Pure Water Project is a vibrant and user-friendly company. We're looking forward to working with you on your next project
